Operation Manager Course Syariah Mandiri Bank

The role of operational managers in company day-to-day activities is quite important, especially in maintaining the quality of services provided by banks. Therefore Syariah Mandiri Bank entered into an education and training collaboration with the LPPI named "Operation Manager Course". This training was held for 4 days at LPPI and 3 batches have been held since June 2019. The number of participants per batch is around 29 people.
After training for 2 days, in order to add insight into digital banking services, a benchmarking trip was carried out to other banks.
