Branch Manager Program Class of 192 Benchmarking Visit to Turkey
The participants of the Branch Manager Program Class of 192 conducted a benchmarking visit to Turkey to learn how the Banks were able to produce appropriate innovations in response to the needs of Turkish people who are technology-based minded.
The benchmarking program took place in two cities (Istanbul and Ankara) from August 2 - 7, 2019 is able to equip participants with a lot of experience and new insights from Digital Banking and Banking Innovation experts from the largest and most famous banks in Turkey; Ziraat Bank and Turkiye Is Bankasi. In addition, Türkiye Bankalar Birliği (TBB) which is the Association of Banks in Turkey also took time to share experiences with the participants.
The visit was concluded with a courtesy call with the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Turkey, H.E. Mr. Lalu Muhammad Iqbal. A very valuable moment to get two-way direct discussions related to bilateral relations between Indonesia and Turkey in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
