Officer Development Program BTN Bank Batch 53
BTN Bank in collaboration with LPPI organizes the 53rd batch of the Officer Development (ODP). This program consists of 28 participants from various leading universities in Indonesia. The program starts from July 15 to November 29 2019. The ODP program is a way to obtain and educate potential, broad-minded and high-achieving prospective employees. By participating in this training, participants were provided with a variety of knowledge ranging from macro knowledge such as Indonesian economic development and micro knowledge according to the needs of the bank. Through this program, BTN Bank can standardize the qualifications of new employees, who are ready to strengthen management in achieving their vision and mission. After participating in this program, participants are expected to have knowledge and skills in managerial competencies, banking operations (technical competencies), and supporting competencies (enabler competencies), as well as understanding BTN Bank 's business processes through On The Job Training (OJT) so as to be able to carry out work and responsibilities as a prospective leader.

Certified Human Resource Analyst Education Program
In support of the fulfillment of competencies, skills, and attitude in the internal environment, LPPI collaborates with The American Academy of Project Management for Human Resource Management education programs. This program was attended by 6 participants from the LPPI internal environment, which lasted for 4 working days from the July 15 to 18, 2019. This program discusses comprehensive HR Management covering (1) Manpower Planning, (2) Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding (3) Employee Training (4) People Management (5) Career Development (6) Compensation & Benefit (7) Organization Design & Development, and equipped with Certified Human Resource Analyst certification tests.

Basic Treasury Program Batch 53
The 53rd batch of Basic Treasury program is held at LPPI Earth Campus from July 15 to 26, 2019. This program also provides participants the Basic Dealer Level 1 Certification Test. Participants in this program are from various banks: PT. BNI Bank, PT. Jatim Bank, PT. Artha Graha Internasional Bank, PT. Nagari Bank, PT. Sulselbar Bank, PT. SulutGo Bank, PT. Syariah Mandiri Bank. This program also has participants which represents non-bank institutions like Danareksa and special guests from Timor Leste represented by the Banco Nacional de Commercio de Timor Leste (BNCTL).
