The Competency Certification Program in the Treasury Dealer field is held with the aim of having competency certificate holders, in addition to holding the competency certificate holders up-to-date and updating technical and managerial aspects in the Treasury . In order to fulfill this objective, BRI Bank cooperates with LPPI in order to fulfill the knowledge, skills and attitude needed by bank employees in relation to the treasury sector. Through this training, participants are expected to understand competencies and obtain competency certification in the field of treasury dealers as required by SKKNI and obtain recognition from BRI Bank.

Monitoring the Quality of Credit Portfolios to Multifinance & Fintech Program
BTPN as one of the top choice banks in Indonesia, has provided significant changes in the lives of millions of its customers through technology. BTPN has an application named Jenius which is a digital banking platform for the consumer class segment. BTPN also have a corporate business unit that focuses on the services of large national and multinational companies. Digital transformation and innovation succeeded in reducing operating costs by 12%. The decrease in operating costs has a positive impact on the ability of banks to be profitable. BTPN has Quality Management that is in charge of maintaining the quality of credit given to Multifinance companies and Fintech. Quality Management must be able to monitor the health of multifinance companies and fintech companies that are customers of BTPN regarding the quality of their credit portfolio. In supporting this, BTPN cooperates with LPPI in fulfilling the competencies related to the intended program. This education program aims to enable program participants to effectively monitor portfolios, identify, and mitigate credit risk to finance companies and fintech companies.

Executive Risk Management Refresher Program
The banking industry and financial institutions act as agents of development that contribute to economic growth. Therefore, the industry must be managed properly to create value for shareholders while building strategies to grow for the benefit of stakeholders. This includes the implementation of good corporate governance, risk management and operational management. The banking industry and financial institutions are required to include every manager and official to acquire a risk management certificate in the refresher program on a regular basis with the aim to keep up with the latest developments in the field of risk management. In order to fulfill this, LPPI as a strategic banking and financial services partner helped bankers and financial service actors related to the fulfillment of these fields by holding an Executive Risk Management Refresher Program implemented in 3 countries: Spain (Madrid - Barcelona), Italy (Milan) , and France (Nice) from July 12 to 21, 2019.
